1. How long does the mixing process take?
The final mix is usually delivered within 3–7 business days after we have received all required files and project information. This timeframe includes the revision process, provided feedback is received promptly. If additional time is needed, we will let you know.
2. Can I request revisions?
Yes. Your mixing service includes up to three rounds of revisions. After receiving your mix preview, please send your requested changes together in one feedback message per round. This helps us refine the mix to match your creative vision.
3. How should I prepare my files for mixing?
Please export all individual tracks from the same starting point in WAV or AIFF format. Include a rough mix, your BPM and any references or production notes.
4. Does the mixing service include mastering?
Mixing can be booked separately. If you also need a release-ready master, choose the Mix & Master package and receive both services at a reduced combined price.
